Today i was at Chick-fil-a and I was very excited to get my ice cream and go. Instead it took over 6 minutes to get my ice cream and everyone was looking around while my ice cream was sitting there and melting. Luckily, this beautiful young lady named “ Asher” helped me out and had very good customer service towards me. She reassured me of my ice cream and made sure a fresh one was made instead of the old, yucky, melting one. I’m highly impressed by her customer service and leadership skills. She needs a Raise!

Very fast and efficient. They really take customer service to the next level. When I walked in, the staff acknowledged my presence, a smile and eye contact with a greeting. I didn't wait very long for my order. What I did noticed is they had a very large staff moving at a very coordinated and smooth pace. Kudos to the staff and management.

Chick-fil-a has always given me a good experience. Went here today through the drive-through. Usually, the line will take a while, but it was a smooth process today. The service was also great, workers were nice,it's chick-fil-a though, so what do you expect? Price wise, it's decent,it may be around 10$ per person depending on what you order. Now, let's talk about the food, normally I like to order the (Number 1) Which includes a chicken sandwhich, waffle fries, and a soda, but I also ordered a medium Mac & Cheese. The food was delicious and hot when I got it. Fries and chicken sandwhich were perfectly crispy, mac & cheese was cheesy, overall a good experience My personal recommendation, I recommend ordering the chicken sandwich, fries, and Mac & cheese, along with chick-fil-a sauce. Then add the Mac & cheese, and fries onto the sandwhich, along with the sauce. You have the perfect sandwich! It's cheesy, salty, crispy, and slightly sweet at the same time!

I love going to this location, Employees are very nice and welcoming, food comes, fast, and according to all my experiences here, they have never got my order wrong and have given me more then I paid for.

This store is quite spacious and I like the different types of seating. From ordering to consumption, the experience was just as good whether you eat in or outside of premise. The chicken sandwiches always consistently meet expectations. Less is more; kudos to their small menu and focus on customer service. Give me another chicken sandwich, please!

This Chick Fil A is on point, every time. They get you through quickly and do a great job. I noticed someone complaining about not seeing the mobile thru signage - it’s pretty obvious, you just have to use your eyes.

The people here are super nice but unfortunately customers here suck and I feel bad for the workers. A lot of the customer are entitled and let their children run wild around the restaurant and treat the whole place like a play place. Just order to go and leave. These customer left crap everywhere and its amazing the lack of respect to not only let their children throw their food everywhere, but then to not even clean up after yourselves. Props to the workers for never complaining!

perfect five-star rating across the board. They never cease to amaze me at how much they operate like a well-oiled machine. they're so fast, you can barely keep up as the customer. I tried the North carefree and powers location at first and granted they have the crappiest parking lot, but they were at a standstill in the drive-thru so I left and ran over to Dublin and was in and out in 4 minutes. I had to let the employee know they are the best in the springs. there's just no doubt about that. stupendous service EVERY TIME. fast, never missing anything, friendliest staff, and clearly amazing management.
